What is permanent residency in Poland?.

- officially registered in marriage more than 3 years ago
- continuously residing in the country for at least 2 years on the basis of a residence permit issued on the basis of marriage or for humanitarian reasons
Victims of human trafficking:
- Who have received a residence permit on this basis and have resided in this status in the territory of the Republic of Poland for more than 1 year
- Who cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigative or judicial investigations
